Q: What kind of trucks will be available for me to drive?
A: You will get to drive a variety late model trucks with trailer sizes from 48-53 feet in length. Trailer types will be dry-van, reefer (refrigerated) or flatbed.

Q: Who is Kiwi Global?
A: We are a recruitment company - NZ owned and operated by two truck drivers who have done interstate driving in USA, plus have several years of experience within the trucking industry.
Q: Who organizes the flight tickets, transfers, accommodation, etc?
A: We will organise all your flight details to and from Canada, so all you have to do is turn up at the airport at the
given time.
Q: How long does the flight take?
A: If you choose to fly direct from NZ to Vancouver B.C, it will take approx 14 hours. If you to choose to fly via LA it will take 13 hours + 3hours up to Canada.
Q: What insurance do I need?
A: You need travel and full medical insurance, which we will organise. Other insurances will be supplied by the company that employs you.
Q: What happens when we arrive in Canada?
A: We will have a company representative meet and assist you during your stay in Vancouver.
Q: What area will we be driving in?
A: It will depend on the trucking company some will be driving just Canada - one of the most beautiful countries in the world. Other companies will cover Canada and across the border into the USA.
Q: What is the exchange rate for NZ dollars into Canadian dollars?
A: As at September 2007, $1000.00 Canadian will cost $1326.79 NZ dollars. Due to currency rates fluctuating, it is best that you watch the money market and decide for yourself when is the best time to change over your money.
